Is my subscription autopay?

Yes. Invoices are sent as a reoccurring invoice. Your subscription will be autopay until your subscription is cancelled or your card expires. If you card expires or you would like to change your card on file we can send you a new invoice or you may contact us to provide the new card information.

Can I switch from a monthly invoice to an annual invoice?

Absolutely! Just let us know and we can change your subscription to annual and provide you with 10% annual discount.

My client said they created an account but I can't find them in my admitting. What should I do?
​
This usually happens when users partially complete the creating an account process or they fail to use the correct company code. Contact us at info@prosodyperformancearts.com or use the chat on our website. Provide us with the name of the user, email, and studio and we will be able to update and fix their account.
